Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district near Lexington, Virginia. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with a pediatric caseload, providing direct and indirect therapy interventions to support student achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address articulation and language goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve student goals and objectives
  • Attend meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide training and support to school staff on speech and language development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • ASHA certification and active/pending Virginia SLP license required
  • Previous experience working in schools and/or pediatrics preferred
