Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine which job(s) are of interest to a client, as well as their required skill level.
- Utilize extensive networking to identify potential job leads and communicate with employers about a client's abilities and desires to work in their business.
- Provide follow-along supports, including targeted interventions and job coaching, to help maintain employment.
- Support clients with budgeting and money management as assigned.

What We Need from You:
