Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cook 2 to join our Food and Beverage team at Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and providing high-quality food and service in all areas of food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and cook menu items and specials in accordance with standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
  • Follow guidelines for proper cool down, labeling, and storage of product.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of kitchen service experience preferred.
