As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our entrance stations, and contributing to the overall success of our park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell accountable day use documents, print, and prepare passes
  • Proficiently use a computer and cash handling systems
  • Generate reports, write schedules, and ensure employees have adequate supplies and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handle minor visitor service complaints, and answer questions
  • Report problems, perform general problem-solving, and coordinate housekeeping activities
  • Perform light maintenance work and adhere to grooming standards
Requirements
  • Valid Class C driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The majority of the working shift is spent driving to each kiosk within the sector, assisting in the kiosk, light maintenance work, or working in an office. Tasks are completed by sitting, standing, getting in and out of vehicles, using tools such as mops and brooms, and walking the line of cars outside the kiosk.

Special Requirements
  • Valid California Drivers License (CDL)
  • Ability to work in a uniform and adhere to grooming standards

Please note that this is a seasonal position, and the duration of employment will be determined by the needs of the park.
