Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate individual to join our team as a Fitness Studio Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our studio, including logistics, customer service, and sales management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage studio logistics, including inventory, equipment, and cleaning supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage memberships
  • Communicate with sales staff to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Coordinate local networking and community events
  • Work with the franchise owner to ensure retail product is stocked and merchandised to brand standards
  • Enforce all policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail, service, fitness, or project management experience
  • Experience in running community events and cultivating relationships and partnerships
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about fitness and wellness
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
