We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at MacDonald Financial Solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual to excel in the life insurance industry and build a successful book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and sell various policies based on client qualifications.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional advice on insurance products and coverage options.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Perform daily activities necessary to build a successful book of business.
Requirements:
- Accepting Licensed and Non-Licensed applicants.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- Must currently have licensure or be willing to obtain a license.
