Job Overview

Position: General Cleaner

Role Summary

The General Cleaner is responsible for executing cleaning tasks as specified in the agreement between Diversified Maintenance-RWS, LLC and its clients. This individual is expected to report any issues or unusual occurrences to the designated supervisor or manager.

Work Schedule: Part-time, Wednesday & Saturday, 4.5 hours per day, Compensation: $12/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispose of trash and recycling materials.
  • Dust, wipe, and perform spot cleaning on all surfaces.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop assigned areas.
  • Thoroughly clean restrooms using disinfectants and bathroom cleaning products, restock supplies as necessary, remove waste, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep or wet mop floors.
  • Ensure all lights are turned on/off and that all doors are secured when exiting an area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage closets.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Reliable transportation is essential for consistent attendance. Candidates must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the role. A successful background check and drug screening are required in accordance with contractual obligations.
