Job Overview

The Electrical Engineer will play a crucial role in testing and troubleshooting electrical systems for Blue Arc's new vehicles. This individual will partner cross-functionally with various teams to develop innovative solutions to clients' problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and troubleshoot electrical systems for the Blue Arc line of vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain electrical engineering documentation.
  • Manage workload to ensure steady progress and timely completion.
  • Contribute as a productive member of product development teams.
  • Work on both electrical and mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
  • Develop engineering bills of materials that are complete, accurate, and on time.
  • Process approved engineering change requests.
  • Develop test requirements and coordinate component and system testing.
  • Identify and implement design improvement projects directed at reducing cost and improving product performance.
  • Complete complex circuit analysis for responsible systems.
  • Provide support to company production, customer service, and end-user mechanics for vehicle electrical systems.
  • Represent the company at industry and technical forums.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Low Voltage Automotive Systems (12V) and High Voltage Battery Systems.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support business growth and represent the company.
  • Heavy-duty truck and motor vehicle electrical experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with FMVSS requirements desired.
  • Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
