Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Manage guest accounts, including processing payments and handling any discrepancies.
  • Assist with room assignments, including preparing rooms for guests and ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, conflict resolution, and property management systems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment as needed.
