Role Summary: As a Hospitality Operations Manager in Training, you will undergo targeted training for an entry-level management position. You will learn and implement FLIK Hospitality Group's best practices in various areas, including marketing, customer service, retail, purchasing, hiring, and financial management. This training will involve hands-on experience at a designated location and participation in Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). Successful completion of AMP may require relocation within your region for future opportunities.

Accelerated Manager Program (AMP):
AMP is a comprehensive program that combines assessment, organizational training, and personalized coaching to develop future leaders. It offers new and aspiring managers a fast-track learning opportunity focusing on management development tailored to individual strengths and skills. The program can be completed in 12 weeks or more, depending on personal learning needs and goals.

Participants in AMP will benefit from:

  • Competency-based assessments to identify leadership strengths and areas for growth.
  • Customized learning paths with experiential learning and simulations.
  • One-on-one mentorship and peer support.
  • 360° evaluations of progress and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required by August 2025 or earlier.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality in restaurants, hotels, or similar food service operations is essential.
  • Basic understanding of financial management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of client relations and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with food and catering trends, emphasizing quality and safety.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement opportunities.
  • Driver's License preferred for certain roles.
