Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing Process Management: Oversee the leasing process, including marketing efforts, screening prospective tenants, and conducting lease negotiations.
  • Tenant Communication: Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintenance and Repair Management: Manage property maintenance and repair work, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion.
