Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and budgeting.
  • Tenant Attraction and Retention: Implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates.
  • Leasing Process Management: Oversee the leasing process, including marketing efforts, screening prospective tenants, and conducting lease negotiations.
  • Tenant Communication: Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintenance and Repair Management: Manage property maintenance and repair work, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion.
  • Record Keeping: Create and maintain accurate records, including lease agreements, financial transactions, and maintenance requests.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Driver's License and Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
