Physician Practice Administrator

Job Summary:The Physician Practice Administrator will direct and manage all practice functions for the offices at Rivers Edge Primary Care. This includes sleep disorders, endocrinology, and family medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for practice operations, financial accounting activities, operating and capital budgets, and implementing and supporting MSF policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Direct and manage all practice functions
- Responsible for practice operations, financial accounting activities, and budgets
- Implement and support MSF policies and procedures
- Work effectively with physicians and other care providers to ensure timely and thorough communication and practice efficiencies
- Provide education and coaching support to staff
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an ambulatory care setting
- Minimum 7 years of related health care experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting, including 5 years of supervision or management experience
- Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration strongly preferred
