Job Title: Director of Information Technology

Csi Group is a rapidly expanding, family-owned CPA firm with a strong presence in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Information Technology will play a critical role in driving our technology strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals, evaluating emerging technologies and determining their potential impact on the organization.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the maintenance, development, and implementation of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Operations and Support: Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure, providing high-level support for critical incidents and developing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, collaborating with other departments to implement technology solutions that improve business operations and monitoring and reporting on project progress.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems, developing and enforcing policies to protect the organization's data and IT assets and staying up-to-date with compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an IT Director, IT Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience with IT budget management and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
