Salary: $70,000 annually (including base pay and bonus potential)
Job Description:
As an Operational Leadership Manager, you'll foster transparent and inspiring communication within your team, ensuring proper store staffing through recruitment, collaboration, and promotions. You'll assist customers with car wash transactions and memberships, cultivate growth in team leaders, shift leaders, and future leaders, and manage customer and employee issues with a focus on retention and swift resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in staff development and exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive outdoors in all weather and flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Successful completion of a pre-hire background check
- Leadership experience overseeing 3-10 direct reports for 1-3 years, including hourly and salary level employees from entry to mid-level experience
