Job Overview

As a vital member of our sales team at Windy City Motorcycle Company, you will play a key role in achieving our profit margin goals for all motorcycle sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
  • Ensure customers are well-qualified based on their preferences, needs, and purchasing capability.
  • Adhere to established procedures for the accurate and timely completion of all sales documentation.
  • Efficiently manage warranty items, including proper tagging and storage.
  • Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M. sales process to enhance their buying experience.
  • Regularly input prospects into our CRM system.
  • Cross-sell additional products such as parts, accessories, and service contracts with every sale.
  • Maintain a tidy showroom and ensure motorcycles are clean and presentable.
  • Conduct road tests and pre-delivery inspections prior to customer handover.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse customer base.
  • Knowledge or experience in selling motorcycles, particularly Harley-Davidson/Buell, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Proven ability to drive personal sales and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
