Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website chat Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle from our inventory suited to their needs. Consult with Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals for personal growth and success. Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage networking and repeat business. Learn techniques of closing the sale - We Will Train Complete all sales documentation for tag, title, financing, etc. efficiently and in a timely manner. Requirements

Outgoing and vivacious personality - and an A-1 People Person A high degree of good customer service and people skills are required. Sales experience in other industries is a plus We will train - no dealership experience required Ambition and drive to succeed with a good track record Strong work ethic and ability to learn. Ability to set and achieve goals. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Valid driver's license - Motorcycle endorsement is a plus, but we will train. Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening. Terms
