Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality periodontal therapies and hygiene-related services to patients, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.
- Conduct patient screenings, medical history reviews, and dental charting to identify potential oral health issues.
- Apply fluoride and protective sealants to prevent tooth decay and promote oral health.
- Remove calculus, stain, and plaque from above and below the gum line to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
- Provide nutritional counseling and self-care programs to prevent disease and promote overall health.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to teamwork.
- Active hygiene license for the state of Maryland or in the process of obtaining one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest oral health care techniques and technologies.
- A competitive hourly rate of $55-$60 per hour.
