Job Overview
In Peapod Digital Labs, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact on the success of our organization. As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store alerting program, ensuring systemic and user execution across all stores. This role is responsible for overseeing the deployment of alerts, yielding more than $20 million in incremental sales annually. You will work closely with our RSI team to ensure alert quality and consistency, design, development, and program growth.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a strong background in system optimization and change management. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive systemic and process change design, development, and implementation associated with the CAO Alert program. Additionally, you should have advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills, with experience developing data-driven analytical models. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
