About the Role

As a HVAC Service Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing service operations and scheduling for our HVAC team. You will receive and schedule customer calls for service, manage the schedule of assigned technicians, and ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance. You will also analyze and assess technical team performance, making adjustments as needed to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling

  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients

  • Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals

  • Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred

  • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals is desired
