As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for creating beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and public properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Landscape Maintenance: Safely operate commercial-grade landscaping equipment to maintain plant material and other landscaping elements.
  • Property Upkeep: Cut turf, trim and edge along borders, and blow using power equipment to ensure properties look their best.
  • Plant Care: Prune shrubs and low trees to improve growth habit or remove damaged branches, and plant and maintain flower beds and apply mulch.
  • Waste Management: Pick up trash and debris to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Weeding and Groundskeeping: Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with guests and customers.

Requirements

  • Age: Be at least 18 years old.
  • Dependability: Be enthusiastic and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Safety: Be able to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters.
  • Driver's License: Landscapers who will be operating a BrightView fleet vehicle are required to have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
