Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products throughout the production process. This role involves inspecting products at various stages, compiling and evaluating statistical data, and implementing quality control measures to maintain product standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming materials to confirm specifications and conduct visual and measurement tests
  • Approve in-process production by confirming specifications and communicating required adjustments to production supervisors
  • Inspect finished products to confirm specifications and return products for re-work as necessary
  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste
  • Follow company standards associated with ISO 9001 and AS9100
  • Identify errors in existing production documentation and assist quality and engineering staff to execute corrective action
Requirements
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years working in an electronics manufacturing environment
  • Past experience working for an ISO certified manufacturing company
Technical Competencies
  • Manufacturing ERP software knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail and willingness to identify faults in existing practices and suggest superior solutions to Marki QA procedures
