Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that preventative maintenance protocols are effectively implemented across all sites, while maintaining accurate documentation within the inventory management system in collaboration with local transportation managers.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of work performed at various locations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for site personnel on the effective recording and management of inventory maintenance through our software.
  • Assist locations in evaluating vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Act as a liaison with the Motorpool Manager and/or Director to guarantee that all maintenance and repairs are executed in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Oversee location operations to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Maintain parts inventories at optimal efficiency levels.
  • Administer the golf cart warranty program and ensure compliance at all locations.
  • Coordinate with local transportation managers to prepare assets for transfer or disposal as necessary.
  • Manage the GPS and camera systems at locations, addressing issues promptly with local management.
  • Where applicable, oversee the development and management of in-house service advisors.
Qualifications

Education & Certifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
