About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee hospital operations, including managing staff and resources
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to provide clinical support and guidance
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as an RN
  • CPR certification
  • NRP ACLS certification within one year of hire date
What We Offer:
  • Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
