Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage restaurant operations, including production, guest service, and inventory control
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- Manage department budgets, forecasts, and inventory levels to meet business needs
- Ensure food safety and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 1-3 years of quick service restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Achievement-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
