Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tom Thumb Stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, stock levels, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage store appearance and maintenance, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with district managers and other store managers to share best practices and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
