Marketing Designer

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Designer to join our team at Anchour. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing high-quality digital assets and campaigns that drive results for our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our strategy, content, and digital teams to bring bold and effective ideas to life. Your designs will be used across various platforms, including social ads, marketing emails, and landing pages. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to push boundaries while meeting client objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Ideate and conceptualize fresh, bold creative ideas for ads and campaigns that stand out in crowded digital spaces.
  2. Craft engaging emails that align with best practices for performance and user engagement.
  3. Design assets for additional platforms like Google Display and landing pages, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  4. Regularly refresh and optimize high-performing creative based on campaign performance data, ensuring ads and emails remain relevant and effective.
  5. Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to align creative direction with campaign goals and audience needs.
  6. Bring motion to life by adding animation and motion to ads and creative assets, leveraging tools like CapCut, Figma, Canva, and After Effects.
  7. Experiment and innovate by testing new concepts, visual styles, and creative approaches to discover what resonates with audiences and drives results.
  8. Present and refine designs confidently sharing your creative work with clients, articulating your thinking, and incorporating feedback to deliver polished final assets.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a design role focused on Meta ads, email marketing, or performance-driven campaigns, preferably in an agency or for high-performing brands.
  • Familiarity with CapCut to create and refine light animations for Meta ads and short-form digital content.
  • Strong Adobe Skills: working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for secondary design tasks.
  • A strong understanding of email marketing best practices, responsive design principles, and user-centric layouts.
