Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at our upcoming store in Coronado Center, Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays that showcase our products and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display new incoming products in an attractive manner, ensuring that the store is set up in accordance with MANGO's standards.
  • Develop a clear story of the brand and highlight seasonal trends through product displays.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that store changes are performed quickly and efficiently.
  • Stay aware of customer profiles, product potential, and commercial strategies of competitors.
  • Communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes, and suggest solutions for out-of-stock garments.
  • Collaborate with the visual management team on specific store duties and ensure the quality of garments through maintenance and steaming as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of visual merchandising experience.
  • Knowledge of displaying product in a way that creates a clear story of the brand and highlights its seasonal trends.
  • Superior organizational skills to handle many pressing priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner while abiding to MANGO's guideline expectations.
  • Awareness of the customer profile, the product potential, and the commercial strategies of competitors.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
