Job Title: Retail Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with store managers, and driving sales growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cover a set territory of retailers to make store visits and ensure merchandising coverage goals are met.
  • Assist store managers with retail initiatives, such as new product introductions and contests.
  • Work with technology to collect and report data from store visits using a company-furnished tablet.
  • Maintain full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts.
  • Clean, stock, rotate, and price merchandise as needed.
  • Perform audits to ensure adherence to approved modular integrity.
  • Follow store policies and procedures while representing our clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong demonstration of core competencies, including Quality Commitment, Detail Oriented, Customer Service, and Communication Skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, such as a tablet.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a car for extended periods.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods.
