About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits and Compliance Manager to join our team at Quiddity. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as administering our group benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Administer benefits programs, including group health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Interface with insurance carriers and brokers to resolve benefit eligibility and enrollment issues
  • Manage benefits enrollments and terminations, COBRA, FMLA, and claims related to disability and death
  • Set up and maintain HRIS-related benefits systems
  • Perform audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage the annual benefits open enrollment process
  • Monitor lost-time injuries and worker's compensation claims
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits and compliance
  • Strong benefits background and customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office products
