Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Administer benefits programs, including group health, dental, vision, and life insurance

- Manage benefits enrollments and terminations, COBRA, FMLA, and claims related to disability and death
- Set up and maintain HRIS-related benefits systems
- Perform audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage the annual benefits open enrollment process
- Monitor lost-time injuries and worker's compensation claims
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits and compliance
