Cake Decorator

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have 1 year of experience in a similar role or technical training. They must be authorized to work in the U.S., have valid identification, and be able to read, write, and communicate effectively. Additionally, they must meet the company's performance standards, including regular attendance, and agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix frosting, color frosting, make cones, load cones, frost cakes, and decorate cakes with colored frosting.
• Take orders, complete orders, and store orders in the bakery cooler.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, all tools and equipment, all display cases, and all floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with shift hours ranging from minimum 4-hour shifts to more depending on business needs. The physical demands of this job include standing 55%, sitting 0%, walking 45%, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, and pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs.
