Brookshire's Grocery Company is seeking a skilled Cake Artist to join our team. Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
Job Description:
We are looking for an individual who can prepare, ice, and decorate cakes and other baked goods for display or customer requests. This includes tracing and copying drawings onto cakes using a template or making free-hand sketches.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify, match, and blend icing colors to create visually appealing designs. They will also select appropriate decorating materials and tools to complete requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in cake decorating
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
