Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in embodying the Bloomingdale's experience. Sales Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and showcasing in-depth product knowledge. Key responsibilities include maintaining merchandise presentation and ensuring stockroom organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by prioritizing customer needs.
2. Assist customers with all aspects of store fulfillment.
3. Identify customer requirements and recommend additional products.
4. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of store offerings.
5. Operate POS systems proficiently.
6. Actively assist customers using technology for shopping.
7. Uphold department recovery standards.
8. Participate in inventory management and markdown activities.
9. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
No formal education or prior experience is necessary.

Strong interpersonal abilities.

Adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including retail hours.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves extended periods of standing and walking.

May require reaching, crouching, kneeling, and lifting/moving items up to 25 lbs.
