At Restore Hyper Wellness, we're on a mission to make Hyper Wellness widely accessible, affordable, and fun. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team in Elmwood, LA.

About the Role

As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you will be the face of our studio, greeting and welcoming potential and existing clients, promoting membership sales, and helping administer our services. You will also perform administrative and hands-on duties to support the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of your studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct studio tours and deliver exceptional sales and service experiences to all members and guests
  • Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
  • Meet and exceed key performance sales indicators for the studio, including membership sales/renewals, and retail sales
  • Onboard new clients, including completion of medical waivers and creating guest profiles in our POS system
  • Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions
  • Assist in outgoing calls to clients for notification of promotions and events
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of our marketing and ongoing sales drivers
  • Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests
  • Promote enthusiasm for health/wellness and the Restore brand
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar role
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong teamwork mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
