Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate and maintain production machinery.
  • Oversee production workflows and conduct basic testing and quality assessments.
  • Properly store goods and raw materials within our warehouse.
  • Prepare items for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling.
  • Document production activities and communicate any issues to management.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and engage in safety training.
  • Keep a tidy and organized workspace to promote efficiency and reduce contamination risks.
  • Participate in team discussions and offer constructive insights on production processes.
  • Follow established production schedules and guidelines.
  • Prepare products for distribution, including assembly, packaging, and labeling tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work autonomously.
  • Strong focus on detail and accuracy, particularly when handling components and recording information.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating with various departments.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to address minor technical issues in production.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and accept constructive feedback for personal and team growth.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in machinery operation or production techniques are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and a strong commitment to compliance.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs that may influence schedules.
Work Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Hours may vary based on shipping requirements and company demands.
