Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the warehouse crew and clerical staff, enforcing SOPs, GMPs, and plant rules.
  • Review daily receiving documents for accuracy and submit them to Accounting.
  • Schedule teams and delegate tasks to leads and warehouse personnel.
  • Train staff on correct work methods and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet plant needs.
  • Conduct inspections of warehouse areas and complete daily reports.
  • Ensure operational requirements for shipping and receiving are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Manage orders for pallet deliveries and scrap trailer pickups.
  • Promote safety and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work weekends and in cold conditions.
  • Must be organized, responsible, and have good attendance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage a crew effectively.
