Speech/Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech/Language Pathologist to join our instructional staff at Bonny Eagle Middle School in MSAD #6. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality services to students with speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students
  • Assess and evaluate students' communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on communication strategies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology or related field
  • State of Maine license as a Speech/Language Pathologist and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Valid Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check
  • Experience working with school-age youth
  • Demonstrated positive, professional relationships with students and colleagues
