Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design methods, procedures, and processes to achieve production goals.
  • Lead and coordinate manufacturing projects, including resource planning and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify and propose solutions for current or potential manufacturing challenges.
  • Investigate and recommend strategies for cost reduction and product/process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure that manufacturability and process capabilities align with new product requirements.
  • Manage schedules and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Work within a cross-functional team to address quality issues and production equipment challenges, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Create operational instructions and train assembly personnel on machine operations and processes.
  • Engage with vendors and customers as required throughout project assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Level: Experienced
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
