Key Requirements:
- Background in the aerospace sector

- Proficiency in quality assurance
- Experience in assembly processes

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design methods, procedures, and processes to achieve production goals.
- Lead and coordinate manufacturing projects, including resource planning and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify and propose solutions for current or potential manufacturing challenges.
- Investigate and recommend strategies for cost reduction and product/process enhancements.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure that manufacturability and process capabilities align with new product requirements.
- Manage schedules and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work within a cross-functional team to address quality issues and production equipment challenges, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Create operational instructions and train assembly personnel on machine operations and processes.
- Engage with vendors and customers as required throughout project assignments.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
