Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to coordinate and manage our fleet of Class A CDL Drivers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling routes, ensuring efficient load management, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule driver routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Schedule backhaul and pickup operations to maximize productivity
  • Monitor and comply with Hours-of-Service rules to ensure driver safety and regulatory compliance
  • Organize and communicate daily load weights, making adjustments as necessary to meet customer needs
  • Monitor driver equipment availability and perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of related experience in logistics or transportation
  • Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of ELD functions
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
