Job Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Specialist, you will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine and be responsible for:

  • Embracing and promoting our 'Culinary Culture'.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Collaborating with the Sous Chef and Chef de Parties to maintain high production standards.
  • Understanding all menu items, daily specials, and promotions relevant to your role.
  • Preparing food according to established recipes and quality standards, including conducting taste tests.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Adhering to kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Following EcoSure and Servesafe standards, ensuring accurate temperature logs.
  • Managing product rotation in chillers to minimize waste.
  • Actively participating in daily briefings, sharing ideas and suggestions.
  • Ensuring accurate storeroom requisitions.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
