Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including assistant managers, shift managers, and crew members.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high-quality standards, and that our restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
  • Drive Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, including managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and optimizing menu pricing.
  • Manage Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Restaurant Finances: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including managing cash handling, inventory, and labor costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service environment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or military experience a plus.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
