Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Patients Warmly: Greet patients warmly and professionally, using their names to create a personalized experience.
  • Coordinate Patient Flow: Coordinate patient flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience, including checking patients in and out, and updating patient records.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management to ensure that patient needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Front Desk team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the reception area and patient rooms.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, staff, and management.
  • Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
