**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide advocacy services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected.
- Link clients to community resources, facilitating access to essential services and support.
- Communicate client updates to relevant parties, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs, promoting holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in social work, counseling, or related fields is preferred.
- SUD experience is highly valued.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
- A valid driver's license and current insurance are required to transport clients.
**Benefits:**
- Competitive salary: $35,000 - $40,250 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
**Work Schedule:**
- Flexible scheduling, including 10-hour, 4-hour, 8-hour shifts, and evening shifts.
- Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
