Job Summary
The Critical Care Patient Care Tech is a vital member of the patient care services team at LifeBridge Health, providing exceptional care for adolescent, adult, or geriatric patients as directed by the Registered Nurse. This role requires a deep understanding of the principles of growth and development, ensuring that care provided meets the unique physical and psychosocial needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize knowledge of growth and development principles to ensure patient care meets unique needs.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Less than 2 years of previous acute care experience preferred.
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
- CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification required.
