Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who shares our commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education. As a Childcare Director at Chesterbrook Academy, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our preschool program, including curriculum implementation, staff management, and parent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development and Implementation: Collaborate with our educational team to develop and implement engaging and effective curricula that meet the needs of our students.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and support a team of experienced teachers and assistants, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent care and education.
  • Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and open communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field; Associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably as a lead teacher or director.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrative staff.
