Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Cook Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in assembling medical devices that make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

• Assemble medical devices according to written specifications and manufacturing instructions, adhering to the Cook Quality Policy Manual and Quality Management Systems.
• Meet quality work standards at acceptable departmental production rates.
• Work effectively and professionally with colleagues and management at various levels of the organization.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including product specifications, manufacturing instructions, and drawings.
• Read, comprehend, and follow product specifications, manufacturing instructions, and drawings.
• Perform tasks such as cutting, flaring, tipping, sideporting, gluing, and bonding to build products.
• Set up and operate various production machines, using measuring instruments such as calipers and/or micrometers.
• Count and perform simple arithmetic additions and subtractions.
• Conduct constant visual inspections for obvious product non-conformances.
• Verify raw materials and report quality problems or findings to management.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency Diploma, or participation in a Cook-sponsored program to obtain a High School Diploma or Equivalency Diploma.
• Legally authorized to be employed in the United States.

• Meet the Visual Acuity Screening Requirements of 20/40 vision using both eyes with or without correction.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Frequent repetitive motion.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Moderate exposure to noise level in the work environment that is moderate to occasionally loud.
