Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by giving a warm and friendly greeting and offering help locating additional items.
  • Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while following company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information.
  • Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
  • Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
  • Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.
  • Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Physical Requirements: Remaining upright on the feet, lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, and a negligible amount of force regularly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
