Role ResponsibilitiesThe Production Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet specified standards through various tasks:
- Ensure the final shaping of products adheres to established specifications.
- Monitor units on the Proofer plates to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
- Efficiently align products on Proofer plates as they progress to the oven.
- Organize units exiting the oven onto the cooling conveyor for optimal cooling.
- Conduct general sanitation and cleanup of Proofer workstations and oven areas.
- Assist the Oven Operator in maintaining control over the Proof Box and Oven processes.
- Continuously monitor controls to confirm that products meet specifications.
- Keep track of batch containers on the floor to ensure they do not exceed line capacity.
- Verify that the targeted units per Proofer plates meet specified targets.
- Ensure that mechanical components of the line operate correctly and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain an organized and safe working environment in the Rheon Line and workstations.
- Communicate regularly with the Lead regarding dough conditions and quantities.
- Adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to write clearly and legibly, along with effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capable of clear and persuasive communication, active listening, and responding effectively to inquiries.
Shift: 3rd (10pm - 6:30am) *Weekend availability required*
