Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Health Direct Inc. Defunct. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of medication orders for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter medication orders for various facilities with precision and accuracy
  • Ensure all Third-Party claims are billed properly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities
  • Maintain accurate patient profiles and medication information
  • Process billing and crediting for each facility accurately and efficiently
  • Meet production targets as determined by supervisor
  • May be required to travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchanges
  • Assist in orienting and training new employees
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 3-6 months experience as a pharmacy technician
  • Registered with the State of Vermont, New Hampshire, or Ohio as a Pharmacy Technician (depending on location)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hospital, Long-term Care, or Retail pharmacy experience
Working Conditions

Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts. Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.

Compensation

$19.45 an hour. Final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
