Role Summary
The Event Tent Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role within our Tent Division, managing and directing all incoming inquiries effectively. This position supports the sales consultants both in the office and on-site, ensuring they are informed about potential inquiries and ongoing projects. A strong understanding of team availability and the ability to forecast schedules is essential for optimizing productivity. Professionalism in communication is key, as this role involves handling calls and emails with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, assist in updating proposals, and modify quotes as requested by sales personnel or clients.
- Maintain a dedicated communication line and email for Tent Sales inquiries.
- Oversee file management and production scheduling using our Co-Construct software.
- Conduct regular check-ins with the Tent Sales Team to ensure alignment and progress.
- Act as a liaison between clients and sales staff, managing inquiries efficiently.
- Track all incoming inquiries and compile weekly and monthly reports for analysis.
- Ensure a positive customer service experience while upholding company standards.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all representations of the company.
- Commit to working the necessary hours, especially during peak seasons, to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Meet regularly with the Senior Tent Sales Manager to discuss sales activities and departmental performance.

- Proficient time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as needed.
