Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will work independently to diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Your role will involve:
- Performing service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
- Analyzing and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conducting diagnostics and repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Maintaining company property and tools responsibly.
- Report unsafe conditions or acts to your supervisor immediately.
- Utilize personal protective equipment as required.
- Participate in safety initiatives and report any incidents promptly.
- High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of experience in a technical environment.
- Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
